RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@shrutisushma.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. If your purchase becomes faulty at a later date, please email info@shrutisushma.com for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Return damaged or unsatisfactory products in original packaging with the invoice for a refund. We cover return charges for domestic orders. Contact customer support within 3 days of receipt to initiate the refund process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept returns/exchanges only for defective products on international orders. Return unused defective items in original packaging with the invoice within 3 days. Contact us at +91 9825095767 or via our website.

REFUND PROCESS 

Await confirmation before returning. Returned items must be unused with the invoice. Refund requests made after 7 days won't be accepted. Once we receive the product, refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days. For domestic orders, a 100% refund is guaranteed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or by cheque if necessary. For online payments, refunds will be issued within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product at our warehouse. Shruti Sushma is not liable for any duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international shipments, nor for any delays that may occur during the shipping process.
